The Poutama Cuisine Cluster (PCC) is a collection of quality food and beverages. Our producers are the indigenous people of New Zealand (Māori). Some of the businesses in the cluster produce food from lands that have been handed on from generation to generation while others use signature native ingredients such as Mānuka, Horopito and Kawakawa in the food and beverages they produce.
