Ostler Wines

Ostler Vineyards is a boutique producer of wines of distinction in the South Island’s Waitaki Valley. From select and hand-tended vineyards, Ostler produces Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Wines are characterised by the three unique Waitaki terroirs with their limestone and greywacke vineyard substrata plus a cool climate with long-slow autumn ripening. From the guiding hand of winemaker Jeff Sinnott and using traditional techniques of Burgundy and Alsace, the result reveals wines of vinosity, complexity, persistence and minerality – clearly regionally distinct.
