Indigenous Cuisine Cluster

Established in 2012 and initially project managed by Innov8 Aotearoa. INZCC is a loose collaboration of Māori-owned food and beverage producers aiming to sell nationally and internationally.

INZCC come together from time to time to promote their products at festivals, cultural events and food shows. Among the cluster are oyster, fish, non-alcoholic beverages, honey and wine producers.
