Poutama pānui – Oketopa – October 20242024-10-03T10:37:39+13:00

Tēnā koutou katoa,

Nau mai, haere mai ki te Pānui o Poutama – Welcome to the Poutama newsletter.

The beginning of October brings a welcome and noticeable change to Spring with longer and warmer days.

There is much to look forward to this month, including the AI in Construction Events happening over the coming weeks.  At the end of the month, we will also celebrate the annual MWDI Māori Businesswomen’s Awards, a fantastic opportunity to honour Wāhine Toa business excellence.  Mauri ora!

Later this month, from October 21-27, we will observe Cyber Smart Week.  This is a crucial time to remind ourselves and our businesses about the importance of cyber security and to work towards building a more cyber-resilient Aotearoa.

In this pānui you can read more about:

  • Brenda Nom Mortgages & Insurance – providing advice for home buyers & investors
  • Heart & Soul Builders – building tiny homes solutions for whānau
  • HTK Startup Whakatipu Incubator
  • Findex Dunedin Tradies Academy

As always we value and welcome your feedback and hope you enjoy the pānui!

Mauri ora ki a tātou katoa.
