Kōkiri is a Māori business acceleration programme, based on kaupapa Māori values, focused on accelerating early-stage Māori-led start-ups who have bold ambitions, are impact positive and technology based.
Poutama is proud to sponsor the 2022 programme which has seen 10 Māori-led start-ups from a wide range of industries such as fintech, edutech, food & beverage, trades and hauora make up the latest Kōkiri cohort.
During the programme, the cohort was supported with access to a cash grant for the development of their product/innovation, access to mentors with industry, technical expertise and national investor groups and more!
On 23 June, there will be a Kōkiri Showcase – an opportunity to celebrate the end of the 2022 programme and showcase this year’s start-ups. Details about the upcoming showcase can be found on Eventbrite.
