The EMA (Employers and Manufacturers Association) and Poutama continues to deliver the 12-month ‘Poutama Tangata’ group coaching programme to small & medium sized Māori businesses across Aotearoa.
This HR coaching programme has an open door policy where businesses can join at any time. It is suited to business owners, managers, and staff responsible for: workplace contracts, policies and procedures, remuneration, training and development, performance measures and wellbeing.
The next coaching session is scheduled for 12-1pm, Wednesday 18 May 2022.
