Recently, Poutama supported the business with the purchase of kitchen equipment and marketing support – both are strategic investments to help grow the business further and employ more staff.
Hemi Gibson (Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Wairere, Te Kauae) owns and manages the business. He proudly hails from The Mighty Waikato Tainui Rohe. He’s passionate about the eatery’s extensive menu and the ability to provide an intimate event space for private function and event needs.
