In partnership with the EMA (Employers and Manufacturers Association), we’re working together to deliver a 12-month coaching programme aimed at helping Māori enterprises with their ‘people’ needs and requirements by:
- Focusing on tools and techniques to help you lead your people while they are working for your organisation
- Building business owners confidence in leading their people
- Creating the right culture to attract and retain your people
COVID-19 has identified a growing need for Māori SMEs to have good access to quality ‘people’ expertise and advice.
These are one hour online coaching sessions with EMA’s HR Specialist Nikki Iuli. The first session is scheduled for 12-1pm, Wednesday 20 October 2021 with 11 subsequent sessions held on the third Wednesday of each month.
The first session will outline ‘Your People Journey – Te Herenga Tangata’ with subsequent sessions delving into each stage. This coaching programme is suited for business owners, managers, and staff responsible for looking after workplace contracts, policies and procedures, remuneration, training and development, performance measures and wellbeing.
