Raniera Rewiri – Whakatōhea, Te Arawa

Raniera was born and bred in his slice of paradise of Whakatane and currently lives in Ōhope with his beautiful wife and their baby boy.  He is hugely passionate about personal development, health and wellbeing, business, and his identity as Māori.

His company Tupuānuku started in 2018 in the hospitality industry with their kai trailer Tupuānuku.  It also became an umbrella for his other ventures with the Planting Seeds Podcast and online course Te Ara Hou.

The businesses under Tupuānuku provide services and resources that aim to contribute positively to the holistic wellbeing of people and whānau.  They do this through mana enhancing conversations on the podcast and personal development workshops and wānanga.

Poutama pūtea helped them to advance the growth of the Planting Seeds Podcast by mobilising it, turning it into a podcast studio on wheels and being the first of its kind in Aotearoa.

The Planting Seeds Podcast and online course Te Ara Hou are an extension and expression of the positive changes Raniera made in his own life.  “My personal growth and transformation has inspired me to support others who are open to receiving”, says Raniera.

“I am proud to be Māori, being Māori is a super power and this is highlighted throughout my businesses!”
